The AI-first GCC: Redefining enterprise leadership

Artificial intelligence has moved from boardroom conversations to enterprise-wide experiments at a remarkable pace. Across industries, organizations are piloting generative AI use cases, automating processes, and embedding AI engine into everyday workflows. Yet despite the surge in investment, very few have managed to translate these experiments into enterprise-wide transformation.

For Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which have evolved from cost centers into strategic engines driving innovation, product development, and business transformation, this translation is very significant. The next stage of GCC evolution will be defined not by those who adopt AI first, but by those who redesign the enterprise around Artificial intelligence.
